Booking Process Overview
As soon as a booking request is taken, a time sheet for that booking is automatically processed for the times an employee is expected to work. If the employee works these hours, a box is ticked and the payment made. However if the employee works more or less than these hours, they can be easily updated, before the payment is made.
Printing Time Sheets
Time sheets can be printed individually or in a batch.
The software uses an optional web module allowing time sheets to be viewed online by employees and updated by managers. All users have the ability to print these time sheets.
Processing the Appropriate Time Sheet
Time sheets can be processed in various ways. A single shift on a single time sheet can be processed, or multiple shifts across multiple time sheets can be processed. This can be done through a name search using the shortcut <ctrl + N> or entering a name and pressing the search name button and then selecting time sheet view. The shifts that have been worked by that particular employee will then be displayed and can be filtered across a date range or location.
If a single shift is selected to be processed at one time, further shifts for the same employee can be processed later on.
There is the option to select an individual shift to process, a block of shifts or all outstanding shifts.
Once an employee is selected, there are preset filters for the shifts which are worked, not on hold and not checked or those that are just on hold. Shifts can be placed on hold for a number of reasons, such as a dispute or missing information.
In terms of self-booking, new shifts can be easily added in the time sheet window. The software will then automatically calculate the number of shifts that have been ticked.
Further to all this, the software can automatically attach an image of a signed time sheet to the corresponding invoice to save time, money and hassle.
