Reports

An all-inclusive wide range of reports to fill all needs. These are designed and updated on a monthly basis as part of the AvaPA service support contract.

The software allows a wide variety of reports to be produced, in a number of different categories including:

  • Daily
  • Date to Date
  • Weekly
  • Monthly
  • Quarterly
  • Yearly
  • Invoice
  • Payroll
  • General  

The software has a built-in report designer to allow the user to create their own reports, enabling reports to be individually designed for a client and helping to meet their specific needs.

Further to this, already existing reports can be customised to make them more specific, and reports can be popularised so that the most popular ones appear first in the search bar.

The software supports simple cut and paste formats, enabling easy copying between reports and external documents, and saving unnecessary print screens.  

These reports are always accessible and can run without affecting other users.

Invoice and Pay Reports

There are around a hundred various invoice and pay reports, meaning almost all customer's needs will be met. As an example, if a client is hiring an individual member of staff for one shift or more than one shift, an invoice for this can be produced. On the other hand if a client is hiring multiple staff over multiple days, an invoice can just as easily be produced. These invoices can very easily be individually tailored for every single client, saving a lot of time.

Proof of just how well this is working is that some of our customers have reduced payroll and invoice queries to below half a percent of invoices and payslips.
