Booking Process Overview
The minute a booking request is confirmed, the time sheet for this booking will be automatically processed. The time sheet will contain the expected times an employee is to work, and if they work these hours a box is ticked and the payment is added to the next Payroll run. If these times vary, they can be easily updated by a user with the appropriate privileges.
Printing Time Sheets
There is the option to print time sheets individually or print them in a batch.
The software also includes an optional web module, allowing time sheets to be printed and viewed by staff and managers. Managers are also able to edit times worked or confirm that the expected times have been worked.
Processing the Appropriate Time Sheet
Time sheets can be processed in a few different ways; there is the option to process a single time sheet, or multiple shifts on a single time sheet. Time sheets can be processed through carrying out a name search <ctrl + N> and selecting time sheet view. The shifts displayed can be filtered by a date range or a specific location.
If the user wishes to process an individual shift on a time sheet, but there are more shifts to be processed, these can be done at a later date. Shifts can be selected individually, a whole block can be ticked or all outstanding shifts can be selected.
Once the employee has been selected there are pre-set filters in place for the shifts that are worked, not on hold and not checked, or those shifts just on hold. A shift could be placed on hold for a number of reasons, such as missing information or a dispute with a customer.
In terms of self-booking, new shifts can be easily added to the time sheet window. The software can then automatically calculate the amount of shifts selected.
The software can also add an image of a signed time sheet to the right invoice, saving paper, time and money.
