There are over 600 reports available in AvaPA, consisting of a number of different categories including:

There is also a simple report designer which allows users to tailor reports to customer's individual needs.
Most of the reports are accessed via the AvaPA reporting module, and each module can be customised with user configurable names, headers, formatting, description and print paper sizes. In addition, reports may be popularised so that the most popular ones will appear first in a search.
AvaPA supports simple cut and paste formats between the software and external documents and emails, saving unnecessary print screens and wasting of time.
All reports in the software are designed to run without affecting other users, and can be run at any time of the day.

There are 100 Payroll and invoice reports, ensuring every customer's needs are met. This improves employee-customer relations by saving time and unnecessary customer queries.
