Booking Process Overview
The minute a booking request is taken, a time sheet for this booking will be automatically processed. This time sheet will contain the expected times an employee is to work. If these hours are worked, a box will be ticked to confirm this and the payment will be made straight into the employee's bank account. If the times worked vary they can be easily updated by a manager or a user with access privileges.
Printing Time Sheets
Time sheets can be printed on an individual basis or in a batch.
The software includes an option web module which can be used so that employees can access their time sheets online and print them if need be. Managers will also be able to update these time sheets online.
Processing the Appropriate Time Sheet
There are various ways in which time sheets can be processed, one individual time sheet can be processed or multiple shifts on a time sheet can be processed. Time sheets can be processed through carrying out a name search <ctrl + N> and selecting time sheet view. The shifts that are displayed can be filtered across a location or specific date range.
If the user just wishes to process one shift but there are more to be processed, these can be processed at a later date. Shifts can be selected individually, a whole block can be ticked or all outstanding shifts can be selected.
Once an employee has been selected there are pre-set filters that are in place for the shifts that have been worked, not on hold and not checked, or those shifts that are just on hold. Shifts can be placed on hold for a number of reasons, such as a dispute or missing information.
Where self-booking is concerned, new shifts can be easily added to the time sheet window. The software can also automatically calculate the amount of shifts that have been selected.
The software can also add an image of a signed time sheet to an invoice, saving time and hassle.
