The software includes an event journal, which can be used to record events that are going on and can schedule them in the future as one off tasks or repeated patterns.
There are various repeat patterns that can be used and these are:
- Weekly, Week days, selected days of the week
- Monthly, Day of month, First to last week of the month
Each user of the system has access to their own individual journal so they can see when and where they are scheduled to work.
Further to this, there is the option to link events directly to employees, locations or departments.
The system can also create tasks for an individual employee, a group of employees or all employees.
