A wide range of contact functions for Employee and Client management are supported.

The software is compatible with the following contact types:

  • Phone
  • Letter (mail shots)
  • Email
  • SMS (outgoing and response)

Automatic Histories

The software can automatically record and store a variety of information saving time and making the user's job so much easier. However, in order to take advantage of this particular feature, staff are required to regularly update their availability. The following information can be recorded and stored:

  • Individual contacts for each shift request against each employee

Contact History Popup

  • Last update of general availability to work
  • Last general contact
  • Forward expiry of training or any certification
  • Likes and dislikes of employees for locations and vice versa, date and reason
  • Willingness to work for a specific client or in a specific location (and reason for unwillingness)

Alarm Tasks

The software can be used to set alarm tasks, either for an individual staff member, a group of staff members or all staff members. These alarms ensure staff always turn up when they are required, and eradicate tardiness and missing a shift. They can be in the form of an email, phone call or even text message.
