Contracts and Care plans

Contracts or Care Plans are supported as well as single shift and multiple shift requests.
  • Customers can have multiple contracts which encompass attendance requirement charges and pay scales - these are fast, easy and straight forward to select and filter.


  • When selecting a ward/department/client/patient possible skills and special requirements (such as available shifts for a particular client) will be matched. (New Departments, clients, patients and notes can be added at this point).


  • Additional information (from over sixty categories e.g. the Patient's GP and nursing requirements) can also be linked with the contract or care plan - thus making them extremely flexible.


These combined features allow agencies to be pro-active and to stay ahead of the game when fulfilling their customer's needs.
