Ava's recruitment software contains an outlook style events calendar where users can quickly view what events are going on over the next few days, weeks, months or years. Each user has access to their own individual journal, showing when they are working. Not only that but the operational and managerial staff can access staff's individual journals to update when and where they are working. The journal also has the ability to repeat events.
Events also have the ability to be directly linked to staff members or locations. These events or tasks can be created for any member of staff, either all at once or individually; this may be depending on the event requirements.
