The software enables the use of a journal. This journal can be used to automatically record events and can schedule them for anytime in the future as one off events or regularly repeated tasks.
The different repeat patterns that can be used are:
- Weekly, Week days, selected days of the week
- Monthly, Day of month, First to last week of the month
Every user of the system has a separate journal, so is able to record various events.
Events can be linked directly to Employees, Locations or Departments.
The system can also be used to create tasks and these can be created for:
- One employee
- Any employee (any employee may clear the task)
- All employees
