Import and Export
The AvaPA software can be quickly and easily linked to other
programmes, such as Sage accounting software, which allows for easy
importing and exporting of data. For example, payroll details can
be exported to a third party payroll company, or staff information
can be imported from Personnel or HR systems, and then matched to
existing staff records. This allows for easy and hassle free
synchronisation and is cost effective.
The software can produce detailed pay reports to supplement
payroll slips. This decreases unnecessary payroll enquires and
imporves agency-employee relations. The AvaPA software also allows
for payments to be processed after the month is up, for example a
payment for January could also include the first week of
Febuary.
The software is also able to export data in a variety of
different formats, allowing for improved flexibility, and the
production of detailed reports.
Another important feature of the software is that it can
automatically attach an image of a (signed) time sheet to a
appropriate invoice. This saves both time and paper, and allows
staff to access all of their payment information online anywhere
and at any time of day.
