Event Journal
The software incorporates an outlook style events journal so
that users can quickly and easily see what events are happening
over the next day, week, month, or year. Each user has access to a
separate personalised journal, meaning that as well as the
operational team, and management team, staff members can also
access their own individual journal telling them when they are
working and where. The journal can also repeat events, so if every
Saturday there is a regular weekly function this can be noted and
repeated in the event journal.
Events can also be directly linked to staff members or specific
locations. These events or, tasks can be created for any member of
staff, either all at once or individually, depending on the event
requirements.
