Well over six hundred reports are available within AvaPA. They
fall into a number of categories:
- Daily
- Date to Date
- Weekly
- Monthly
- Quarterly
- Yearly
- Invoice
- Payroll
- General
There is also a simple report designer which allows users to be
able to configure reports to extract additional needed
(yesterday) information.
Most reports are accessed via the AvaPA reporting module. With
this, each module can be customised with user configurable
names, headers, formatting, description and print paper sizes. In
addition reports may be selected as "popular" and will appear at
the top of report selection lists.
A number of customisable reports are directly accessible from
appropriate windows within AvaPA.
AvaPA also supports user configurable cut and paste formats
allowing text and additional pop up information to be pasted into
external documents or emails. (As opposed to screen images which
may have some information off screen and consequentially require
several cut and paste operations.)
All reports within AvaPA are designed to run with zero impact on
other users. All reports can be run at any time of the day.
Invoice and Pay reports
There are a hundred Payroll and Invoice reports. Without any
increase in administrative overhead this gives the opportunity to
provide the exact invoice to meet individual customer needs. This
generates improved customer relations by minimising time-consuming
and unprofitable customer queries.
Some of our customers have reduced payroll and invoice queries
to below half a percent of invoices and payslips.
