The software has a built in events journal which records events
and can schedule them in the journal as either single events or
repeated tasks.
Various repeat patterns can be used, including:
- Daily
- Weekly, Week days, selected days of the week
- Monthly, Day of month, First to last week of the month
- Yearly
Each user has access to their own individual journal.
Events can be linked directly to Employees, Locations or
Departments.
Tasks can be created for an individual employee, any employee or
all employees.
