The software allows for a wide range of reports to be produced,
in a number of formats and categories. Examples of categories that
reports can be grouped into include:

There is the option to produce specific reports with the simple
report designer within the software. So a report could be created
for a client showing how many secretaries you had sent them in one
week, and the outgoings of hiring these employees. There is also
the option to customise already existing reports to meet individual
customer's specific needs. You can also popularise reports so that
the most popular ones appear first in the search bar.
The software supports simple cut and paste formats,
eradicating unnecessary print screens. Reports can be run at any
time and will not affect any other users.
Invoice and Pay Reports
There are around a hundred invoice and pay reports and these
can be individually tailored to every customer. The reports are
easy to use and it is just as easy to produce a report for a client
hiring mutliple staff, as it is to produce a report for a client
hiring a single member of staff. These pre-desgined templates save
countless time and having to create individual invoices for every
client each week.
Proof of how well this system really works is in the numbers,
with reduced Payroll and invoice queries having been lowered to
below half a percent of invoices and payslips.
