AvaPA is designed to work with external software, such as Sage
accounting software. The software can also automatically import
employee data from Personnel or HR systems and match the data to
employee records. The software will update and synchronise employee
records reducing data duplication and being able to flag up
ambiguous references.
AvaPA generates export data which provides payroll systems or
services with all the required information to make payroll
runs. This ensures agencies are
cost-effective. It allows for internal
payroll generation and export to third party payroll companies to
be supported at the same time, so agencies can easily switch
between the two.
AvaPA will produce detailed pay reports to supplement payroll
slips. This reduces payroll queries and improves relations
between agencies and employees. If need be, payroll runs
can be carried out daily.
AvaPA allows the processing of a month's payments, even after
the month is up. It also allows payroll and invoices to be carried
out at the same time, giving the company a number of
options.
The software can export data in a number of formats meaning all
the necessary information will be provided for invoice runs.
Uniquely the software will attach an image of a signed time
sheet to an invoice, saving time and money.
