Booking Process Overview
The minute a booking is confirmed, the appropriate time sheet is
processed. The time sheets contain the times an employee
is expected to work, and thus if they work these hours, a box is
ticked and they are paid. However if these times vary, they can be
easily updated before the time sheet is processed and the payment
Printing Time Sheets
Time sheets can be printed individually or as a batch.
There is also an optional web module, which allows time sheets
to be printed and viewed by staff and managers. Managers can also
edit times worked, or confirm that they have been worked.
Processing the Appropriate Time Sheet
Time sheets can be processed in one of several ways - a single
time sheet could be processed, or multiple shifts on a single time
sheet for a single employee could also be processed. This can be
done through carrying out a name search <ctrl + N> and
selecting time sheet view. The shifts displayed from the search can
be filtered across either a specific date range or location.
If just one shift is selected to be processed, the others can be
processed at a later stage and the name will automatically appear
and the date range will be selected.
Shifts can be selected individually, a whole block ticked, or
all outstanding shifts selected.
Once the employee has been selected there are pre-set filters in
place for the shifts that are worked, not on hold and not checked,
or those shifts simply on hold. Shifts can be placed on hold due to
a dispute or missing information.
Where self-booking is concerned, new shifts can be easily added
to the time sheet window. The software then automatically
calculates the amount of shifts selected.
The software can also add an image of a signed time sheet to the
right invoice, saving paper, time and finances.
