Booking Process Overview
Time sheets are processed automatically and this is usually at
the time a booking is taken and confirmed. The time sheets contain
the expected working hours of the employee, and if these times
are met, a box is ticked and the payment is made automatically into
the employee's bank account. However if the actual times worked
vary, these can be automatically updated on the timesheet before it
is processed.
Printing Time Sheets
There is an option to print time sheets individually or in a
batch.
There is another option of adding a web module, where employees
can view and print their time sheets online. Managers also have the
ability to update and edit attendance times on the time sheets
through the web module, or they can just verify the times
worked are correct.
Processing the Appropriate Time Sheet
Time sheets can be processed in several different ways; either a
single time sheet for one shift for a single employee, or multiple
shifts for the same employee. This can be done through the use of a
name search using the shortcut <ctrl + N> or pressing the
search name button and selecting time sheet view; this will then
search for a particular employee's time sheet(s). The shifts
displayed can then be filtered across any date range or event
location.

If a single shift is being selected at any one time and then
further shifts for the same employee are to be processed later on,
the employee's name is automatically presented and the date range
selected.
Shifts can be individually selected, selected as a block or all
the outstanding shifts can be ticked.
Once the employee has been selected there are pre-set filters
for the shifts which are worked, not on hold and not checked, or
those shifts which are just on hold. There are various
reasons a shift could be placed on hold, such as a dispute or
missing information.
Where employees are self-booking, new shifts can be very easily
added to the timesheet, and the software will then automatically
calculate the amount of shifts ticked and selected.
The software also has the ability to attach an image of a signed
time sheet to the appropriate invoice, saving wasted paper, time
and money.
