The software contains an event journal which can be used to
detail and schedule events happening over a particular period of
time, whether one off events or a repeating event.
The repeat patterns that can be used are as follows:
- Weekly, week days, selected days of the week
- Monthly, day of month, first to last week of the month
Each system user has their own individual journal, so can record
events personal to them.
Events can be linked directly to employees, locations or

created for one employee, any employee or all employees.
